Strength Tip

If there's one thing I'd have women over 40 do it's strengthen your arse. It'll not only keep it looking good but will save you a whole heap of grief.

Women tend to have strong legs but poor core strength to match. Usually they are quad (thigh) dominant but have terrible glute strength (your arse). If you don't have a strong backside your legs go every which way - hello knee (and back) pain.

A strong backside keeps your pelvis steady and allows the quads to go forwards - not collapse in!

You might not crave a Kardashian bubble butt but it'd be rather nice to have a useful peach instead of a pancake! Get squatting.
