8 Week Kickstarter Plan.

Kickstart your way back into fitness with a resistance training plan, cardio and meal ideas all set out for you. Starts off basic and gradually builds you up. Includes:

  • PDF plan with all the nutrition advice needed: ideas for what to eat and when to eat it. The plan has meal ideas with recipes

  • Sets out how women over 45 can eat healthily but also lose body fat without losing muscle along with it

  • Long-term advice on how to stay lean and healthy

  • Full resistance training & cardio plan

If you follow the plan as written you will get results as well as an understanding of what to eat going forward to keep fit, build lean muscle and lean out without some crazy cabbage water diet.

12 Week Hands-Off Plan.

Whether you’re brand new to weights or you already know a squat from a bicep curl you might prefer being given a tailored plan to follow rather than having a face-to-face session. This is great for those women who want coaching and direction and then happy to do it themselves. Includes:

  • Fitness consultation to work out your goal (questionnaire, food diary to complete and get written recommendations)

  • Tailored plan (exercise and nutrition) to take away and go for it

  • Access to me throughout the 12 weeks to ask questions and discuss how your plan is going

12 Week 1-2-1 Goal-Achieving Plan.

12 weeks of 1-2-1 personal coaching and support. Includes:

  • Double fitness consultation - interview and review to work out exactly what your goal is

  • Tailored plan including exercise and nutrition

  • Weekly hour 1-2-1 coaching sessions in my private garden

  • Coaching and check-ins throughout the week

  • Reviews on progress each month
