From fine tuning to starting from ground zero you’ll get direction, focus and goal-setting to move you forward. Not everyone likes 1-2-1 in person but would like a tailored plan to follow on your own. Plan includes:
Fitness consultation to work out your goal
Tailored plan (exercise and nutrition) to take away and go for it
All exercise plans come with full instructions and demonstrations
You may be recommended some extra fitness equipment which can be discussed depending on your goal, eg resistance bands, dumbbells
Regular check-ins every week by text to see how it’s going throughout the 8 weeks with coaching tips to tweak or steer you in the right direction
