Training Apps for Women

I mentioned an app I'd found useful last week - FitrWoman. There's also a similar one called Wild AI. I've been using them to see if they're any good and they are worth a look. You can use them for free as well. 

You can track your cycle - you can enter your symptoms on each day and it will give you tailored advice on the back of it. Pretty clever! I found them both good but the FitrWoman is easier to use and also has some good recipes in there as well.
