New study is revealing on menopause in the workplace

The Fawcett Society commissioned a recent study that found 1 in 10 women who worked during the menopause left a job due to their symptoms.

That's poor isn't it? The symptoms come as such a shock to some women (not all suffer) that it gets too much. That's pretty terrible. How have we got to this age and not even known what's around the corner? I wrote an article on how you can take matters into your own hands
